Oilbank International Limited is a wholly Nigerian company, which was incorporated in 2011.It's an independent oil service company and is poised to play a significant role in the oil and gas sector as a limited liability company to pursue the business of product support services.
The main range of activities include supply base, pipeline services, major construction services, drilling/production services, special transportation, equipment procurement and supplies.
Oilbank International Limited organizational structure management team consist of executive directors and senior managers. furthermore, the board of directors consist of non executive directors with several years of experience in engineering, management, business ,legal and finance experience in the oil and gas industry to assist with the management decision on operations and longterm planning, necessary for continued and consistent growth of the company.
As a high value service organization, we have an excellent team of experienced personnel which include the chief operating officer, business development managers, accounts executives, regional managers, field based staff, engineers and administrators.
The company uses a project based organizational structure, which ensures each new job is managed by its own team, whose leaders reports to the head office. The head office oversees the general planning, funding and operation of each contract. With this structure, we are able to effectively and efficiently run several projects simultaneously.

OilBank International Limited is run by a team of Technical, Business, Engineering, and Project Management, with world wide experience from diverse industries with extensive Man- Years experience in Oil and Gas Front End Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Construction, Installation, Engineering Procurement, Technical Manpower Supply and Marine Transportation and Logistics. At the top of the team is the Board of Directors which appoints the Managing Director, supported by well qualified and experience personnel to deliver services and products to its clients in the oil and gas sector.
