Mr. Rufai Jumar Jose is a dynamic and multifaceted entrepreneur. An enthusiastic and highly organized team player, Mr. Jose has a unique sense of purpose and great ability to set goals, which he achieves through innovativeness, creativity, planning and organizational skills. He has garnered a wealth of experience from his various business endeavours over a period spanning 15 years.

Mr. Rufai Jumar Jose is the Chairman/CEO of Dewlands International Company Limited, a multidirectional investment company and notable manufacturer of Agricultural Lime, with an extended business scope covering property, procurement and general services, and Chairman, Fidato Energy Logistics.

Mr Biodun Otunola,(Director).

He is the founding Managing Director of Planet Projects Limited (PPL), a Pubic Transport and Infrastructure development company, based in Nigeria with offices in Lagos, Abuja, London, Abeokuta, Akure, Asaba, Lokoja and Port Harcourt. The company provides services across Bus, Rail, Water Transport, and Traffic Engineering over the entire value chain including Studies, Planning, Engineering Designs, Construction and Operations and Management (O & M).

Under ‘Biodun’s leadership, PPL delivered Africa’s first Multi-Level Bus Terminal – Oshodi Transport Interchange that was commissioned by Mr. President, His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR on April 24, 2019. ‘Biodun has the unique privilege of having Mr. President commission his projects twice (back to back) within a space of 15- month – first in March 2018 and then in April 2019. His capacity to conceive and execute projects is legendary.

In recognition of the achievements of PPL in public transport in Africa, the firm was given the award of the best company in Integrated Mobility in Africa by the International Association of Public Transport (UITP), at the 60th Congress of the Association held in Geneva, Switzerland in May 2013. UITP is the largest association of Public Transport Professionals and operators in the world with over 1,000 members in 96 countries.

‘Biodun has attended courses in business and he possesses strong business and leadership skills. Some of the courses he attended includes “Developing Business Ventures”and “Oil and Gas Business Opportunities,” both at the Lagos Business School and “Project and Infrastructure Finance” at the London Business School. He is an avid reader that believes in the power of knowledge. He loves creative and problem solving approach to Entrepreneurship and has taken advantage of business opportunities within the Nigerian business environment.

‘Biodun is 46 years old, and has M.Sc. in Naval Architecture from the Chalmers University of Technology, Goteborg, Sweden (2003) and a B.Sc. Civil Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo Univeristy, Ile-Ife (1998). He was the best graduating student in Civil Engineering in the 1997/98 set. He is also a member of the International Association of Public Transport (UITP), American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE) and an Associate Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

He is happily married with lovely children.

 Sanusi Bichi, (Director).

 Sunusi Bichi is a business man and a philanthropist with passion in humanitarian service and helping the less privilege in the society.

He holds a degree in Public Administration from the University of Abuja. He is the founder of ROS Foundation to achieve his desired goal of helping the less privileged particularly, the suffering refugees and orphans in African communities.
